06 Can I change the delivery address？
No, delivery address cannot be modified once the order is placed. Please carefully enter the address where you want the product to be delivered once the project is successful.
02 What is the success criteria for each project?
Each project requires a certain number of supporters for it to be declared successful. Project is declared successful once the progress bar reaches 100% within the defined timeline. If the project is unsuccessful, you get your entire money back.
07 If the price changes, will it affect my order?
No. Even in the scenario of a price adjustment before deliveries begin, you will not be affected. Price of the orders paid for will not get affected.
03 What if the project fails?
If the project is unsuccessful, which means that it has not attained the required number of supporters, we refund your entire money back. It's hassle-free.
08 Can I cancel the order？
If you change your mind, you can always cancel the order before it ships out.
04 How long will it take for the order to be shipped？
Delivery timelines differ from product to product. Please check the product page for specific information. Priority deliveries start within the said timelines once the project is successful.
09 When will I get the refund after cancellation?
For payments made using any of the listed modes - credit cards, debit cards, net banking or wallet, you will receive a refund into the source account within 7-10 business days from the time of order cancellation.
