OFFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This marketing program (“Offer”) is from Citibank NA (“Bank”) under an arrangement with Xiaomi Technology India Private Limited (“Xiaomi”).

1. ELIGIBLE CUSTOMERS: Bank credit and debit card holders (“Cardholders”) who meet the conditions set out here (“Customers”).

2. OFFER: Discount of Ten percent (10%) on the price of the Eligible Products, subject to a maximum discount of Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred (INR 1500) to each Customer on purchase of the Eligible Products through the Online Channel during the Offer Period using his/her Bank debit card or credit card full swipe or under a Bank credit card EMI scheme (“Discount”).

3. ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS: All variants of all Redmi branded smartphones purchased from the Online Channel during the Offer Period. Each variant of the product is referred to individually as an “Eligible Product” and collectively as the “Eligible Products”, as the context may require.

4. MINIMUM TRANSACTION AMOUNT: To avail the Discount on Eligible Products during the Offer Period, a Cardholder must carry out a transaction of a minimum amount of Indian Rupees Six Thousand Five Hundred (INR 6,500) with his/her Bank debit or credit card or under a credit card EMI scheme.

5. ONLINE CHANNEL: www.mi.com, the related mobile website and mobile application.

6. OFFER PERIOD: 25 February 2022 00:00 hours to 28 February 2022 23:59:59 hours.

Other Terms and Conditions:

1. The above Offer is by way of a special offer for Cardholders only.
2. Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
3. The Offer can be availed only once per Bank card during the Offer Period, irrespective of the number of products purchased or number of purchases made.
4. Any person participating in the Offer must:a. be an Indian citizen and resident;b. be able to enter into legally binding contracts under Indian Contract Act, 1872;c. hold a valid and unexpired card issued by Bank;d. purchase an Eligible Product; e. possess proof of age, identity and place of residence.
5. Offer is not applicable on cash on delivery transactions or on net banking transactions.
6. For debit cardholders, the Offer is available only on full swipe and not available on EMI transactions.
7. The Offer cannot be combined with any other offer.
8. Delinquent and over-limit Cardholders will not qualify for this Offer.
9. This Offer is non-encashable, non-extendable and non-negotiable.
10. If a Cardholder has more than 1 (one) Bank card, spends on the cards cannot be clubbed by the card member in order to qualify for the said Offer.
11. Any query regarding the Offer will be entertained only till 7 March 2022 (23:59:59 hours). Post such dates, the Bank and Xiaomi will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Offer from any persons.
12. Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to the customers either through mailers or advertised on the website, are representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual products. Neither of the Parties shall, under any circumstances, be responsible towards the same.
13. Returned transactions, disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions will not be considered for the Offer.
14. All government levies and taxes shall be payable by the Customers as applicable at the time the Offer is availed.
15. Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in the Offer. Any such participation is voluntary.
16. This Offer shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations which are in existence and which may be promulgated anytime by any statutory authority.
17. Xiaomi reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
18. Any disputes arising out of the Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore.
