Definitions
"Card" shall mean ICICI Bank American Express Credit Card issued by ICICI Bank, that is valid
and subsisting during the Offer Period (does not include ICICI Bank EMI Card, Corporate Card,
Business Card).
"Cardholder/s" shall mean such customer/s to whom a Card has been issued and who is
authorized to hold the card.
"Instant EMI" refers to the conversion into EMI upon request by the Cardholder, of transactions
performed using the Card on payment gateway of online merchant/s.
“Offer/Program” shall mean Instant EMI on ICICI Bank American Express Credit Card & get
10% cashback up to Rs. 5,000, on every transaction above Rs. 3000.
"Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions
(www.icicibank.com/emi) applicable to the Card in addition to these Terms and Conditions.
"Offer Period" shall mean period commencing from Aug 14, 2019 to Aug 20, 2019 (both days
inclusive).
“Void Transaction” shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but
has been cancelled by the merchant prior to settlement with ICICI Bank.
“Purchase" shall mean such purchase, which has been made by ICICI Bank American Express
Credit Card Holder/s by entering Card details for making payments at online merchant
payment gateway during the Offer Period.

Other Terms and Conditions
This Offer is open to all ICICI Bank American Express Cardholders whose accounts are
valid and in good standing.
This Program is being offered at the select online merchants only and shall be valid
only during the Offer Period.
The Cardholders are not bound in any manner to participate in this Offer and any such
participation is purely voluntary.
ICICI Bank and American Express is neither responsible for availability of services nor
guarantees the quality of the goods/services purchased using the Card and is not liable
for any defect or deficiency of goods or services so obtained/availed of by the
Cardholders under this offer.
Any disputes with regard to the quality of goods/services availed shall be taken up
with the merchant/service establishment directly. ICICI Bank and American Express
shall have no liability whatsoever with regard to the same.
ICICI Bank and American Express shall not be liable whatsoever for any
loss/damage/claims that may arise out of use or non-use of any goods or services
availed by Cardholder under this Offer.
American Express reserves its absolute right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms
and conditions of the Offer at any time without prior notice.
To receive this Offer, purchase should be charged in full to the ICICI Bank American
Express Credit Card. No cash alternative is available.
The participation in the Program is entirely voluntary and it is understood, that the
participation by the ICICI Bank American Express Credit Cardholder/s shall be deemed
to have been made on a voluntary basis.
All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals
of Mumbai.
All communication/ notices with regard to this Program should be addressed to "ICICI

In all matters relating to the Program, the decision of ICICI Bank shall be final and
binding in all respects. These Terms and Conditions shall be in addition to and not in
substitution/ derogation to the Primary Terms and Conditions governing the ICICI Bank
American Express Credit Card of ICICI Bank.
All capitalised terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings
ascribed to it in the Primary Terms and Conditions.
ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim
that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services availed of by the ICICI
Bank American Express Credit Card Holder/s under the Program.
ICICI Bank reserves the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the
Program without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Program without assigning any
reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank reserves the right to
disqualify any Merchant Establishment or ICICI Bank American Express Credit Card
Holder/s from the benefits of the Program if any fraudulent activity is identified as being
carried out for the purpose of availing.
